This picture of Nancy and I was taken 5 miles from my family practice office in rural upstate New York. I have been here 36 years and practice 60% time. We have a group with 6 rural offices. I also do addiction medicine, have 100 opioid addicts I regularly treat, and teach at a church medical school in Burundi. I am looking forward to this reunion
